Louie was professional and timely in helping us choose and install a system. We ended up going with a Bosch system and love it! Wireless and smartphone connectivity mean we can arm and disarm our house with the touch of a button. Louie was knowledgeable and helped us pick the right system for our home. He has also been helpful with aftercare items where we have needed to move a sensor. Would highly recommend getting your security system through Louie!

Louie was very knowledgable in regards to security equipment and responded to every question I raised prior to installation. He was very efficient and completed the installation with absolute perfection. He was very helpfule and also explained its features and functioning very well. Louie was amazing installing our security cameras. From first contact he explained the cameras and how they worked. On arrival he was friendly, efficient end explained how to use the cameras through the tv and app thoroughly. Will definitely recommended Louie to friends and family.

Louie did a great job in installing a security system at my parents in-laws place after being vandalized twice. We decided to go for a mid range CCTV system; from the first contact, Louie was responsive and within two days the systems has been up and running. On the day of the install, Louie has been on time and you could see he has done this 100s of times. Running cables through various spaces, he made it look easy. The system was up and running in no time. Thanks

Louie is a first rate operator we have had an excellent experience, starting with the quote for alarm and which was better than others, I liked that he came and thoroughly inspected before quoting, once the booking was made, Louie turned up right on time for installation and got quite a tricky job done. He showed us how to use the software on computer and phone, we have also been able to get post sales advice easily for using the system. Louie rings back in a timely manner. We have recommended him to others !!
