If you need your sore or broken muscles repaired,go here! Massage boutique has always fixed me. They also do cupping. Which does hurt a bit,but worth it when your better.

Time for another one of my long winded and honest reviews about a place.Today, I had been having the worst of back pains, my lower back on the left hand side was feeling fairly bruised. My partner recommended that I should go and get a massage to help ease the pain. So off I go on my quest to relieve my lower back pains.As it was 8:00 on a Sunday night, I was rather limited on my options, so Massage Boutique was my only option. It looked seedy on the outside but with how badly my back ache it was worth the shot. I mean should I really judge a book by its cover? (Spoilers, yes you should).I entered into the establishment and asked for a one hour massage mainly focusing on my lower left back muscles. The masseuse agreed and charged me $70 for an hour with $2 for the eftpos transaction fee.Ten minutes into the massage she attempts to try and upsell a service which I had not interest in partaking in. I’m a happily soon to be married man, so I got no interest in the extra services she was trying to upsell. I politely declined her services. This decline seemed to have puzzled her and she called for the manager to come in. The manager told me that they don’t do massages only here and that I needed to take an extra service. Once again I let them know I wasn’t interested in anything of that sort. The manager decreased the length of my massage to half an hour but didn’t provide a refund…. She also mentioned that if I wanted a massaged I needed to go to one of the massage places inside of a shopping centre. Kinda ironic that a place called Massage Boutique doesn’t provide stand alone massages.Onto the actual massage, it was the most half-hearted massage I have ever experienced in my life, with the masseuse spending the majority of the session giving my spinal column gentle hi-5’s, whilst rarely massaging the inflamed muscle. But don’t worry, my dear readers my back did slightly feel better after the massage, but only marginally… like practically negligible. It didn’t really feel better. It’s almost like massaging the spinal column instead of the requested area does not yield results. :/Anyways, long story short, follow the advice of the shop’s manager if you want a proper massage go to the massage stores located inside the shopping centres. If you want a half-hearted massage with questionable upsales of lewd services go to Massage Boutique.tl;dr: Dodgy massage parlour that attempts to impose lewd services on their clients, gets angry when clients decline additional services. Massage therapist spend the whole time half-heartedly massaging the spinal muscles.
