Beautiful pier to spend time on with family. There is so much to capture from photography perspective plus small nice park for kids to stay busy. This is our go to spot on good sunny day and stay until the evening.

Historic main pier at Nelson Place Williamstown, although many repairs have done to keep the pier in good repair over the lifetime. A variety of tours can be taken from the pier including; fishing trips, sailing around the bay, public transit vessels carrying passengers to and from the Yarra River and the CBD, the pilot vessels, and HMAS Castlemaine J244 a floating museum permanently moored at Gem Pier.

One of the best places to relax and wind down for me. You can walk along the shoreline and enjoy the city view and breeze leading to the town centre and gem pier.
