I had a good holiday & this Acomodation made it special !The pool, weather good temperatures, the room was a loft style apartment with great facilities !

Perfect location, bathrooms have no ventilation except for a small windows next to the walkway which faces the pool. Smaller than what the pictures show. I found clothes and rubbish under the couch from the previous visitors. Place is good just make sure you disinfect the place before unpacking. Facilities are enough fridge is a minibar. Overall good for a short stay.

Location location first stay at Byron Bay an this place was a perfect place to stay. I stayed here with a deluxe suite has a loft upstairs has air conditioning only upstairs. Has the basic amenities but we're were only there to sleep overall check-in was easy, nice friendly staff pool was nice and clean an parking is perfect always a lot of spaces. If we ever come back will be staying here.

Loved the location, very central, just found the other guests quite noisy (loud music, screaming) which I’m usually easy with but not until 4am which was the case both nights we stayed so my observation is it’s probably geared towards a similar crowd during peak travel periods.

Great location and very friendly and accommodating staff.Unfortunately the room was fairly dark with the lack of natural light.Due to the design of the establishment, we got a super noisy spot with a lot of foot traffic around us at all times. Lots of late night disturbance with guests returning in the middle of the night with no respect for others.Too expensive for what it's worth.

The young lady who checked us in was so obliging. Our mistake was in not researching the property. We are elderly and there were only stairs to ground floor from basement. We asked for a refund to go elsewhere however an unobliging, unhelpful manager declined our request. The young receptionist assisted us in handling our luggage and changed our room so that we only had one set of stairs to navigate. She was excellent above and beyond in service. Rooms small but very clean, location good. PS my husband is 81 so stairs aren't good.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Location is great. Cleanliness - blankets for beds not washed in between guests but resolved after mentioning it. Floor was still dirty after it was mopped. I am a light sleeper so unfortunately I heard everything from the garbage truck at 630 am to the maintenance guy pottering around and hosing down the concrete every morning from 7am. Great price and overall okay if noise doesn’t bother you.

Absolutely loved my stay. Centrally located. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Everything is excellent for its price point and the pool is also delightful.However the walls and glass are very thing and we could hear quiet conversations across the property. Not to mention the 3am drunkards. Also the shower heads must be replaced.
