Went in this afternoon (5/8) after my phone was lost to see if i could start a insurance claim.Alec was rude, dismissive and didnt seem interested in trying to help at all, basically he said nothing can be done in store, get your imei number from Apple care and ring the number in the pamphlet.After trying to call the number i was helped by a young lady, unfortunately i didn't get her name but she was lovely, she got all the required information for my claim (Imei included) and printed it off making it a super easy process, very appreciative for her work.

I recently visited the Optus store in Helensvale Westfield mall. I wanted to shop for a mobile phone and needed some information. JT, the Assistant Manager, welcomed me.JT patiently went through details and explained to me what would suit me based on my budget. She went on to make more suggestions about the product's features and how they would suit me, as well as the options I have for purchasing a phone.I was very pleased to see someone going to such lengths to ensure the customer's satisfaction.Congratulations, JT, and please thank JT on my behalf.

Outstanding service from the Helensvale Optus Store. A friendly welcome by team member Patti, team member Mitchell was AMAZING! Very helpful and friendly discussion and helping with options. A complete backflip for the Telstra shop in the Centre completely HORRIBLE service.Thanks Optus team ☺️

I had to switch from Telstra to Optus due to a lack of signal at my new job up the mountain. I was assisted by Elly Strophair, who was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in the store. The whole interaction was so easy, which I hadn’t anticipated. They sorted everything out with Telstra so I didn’t even have to speak to them myself. It was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t give them a higher review. Thank you for being such a big help, when I had been so anxious about how difficult it would be to switch providers. I now have perfect signal and the app is so much easier to use than Telstra’s. Perfect service

This store consistently has the worst customer service ever experienced. Stood around for ages only to be ignored with others served before us when they clearly walked in after us. Not just once but on several occasions. Will he taking my business elsewhere. Never again will i bother with the ignorant staff in this store.

Great store very helpful we Had Dylan service us very impressed upgraded two phones, a new plan for my phones, and was such a genuine gentleman very helpful we were going to do online but so grateful we went to the store very good service and great management highly recommended this store

Not enough staff. Waited over 30 minutes without even acknowledgement for a 1 minute problem. Store had another 5 customers waiting ad about 5 lots walk away.
