To whom it may concern i attended this shop in campbelltown this morning and was absolutely disgusted with the price i received . Tried to tell me they charge $289 for a $145 product oh and one of the 2 items was a display item. Trying to steal money off innocent people you should be ashamed of yourself especially after telling myself you price match. Cannot begin to describe my disappointment. I would love for the owner to contact me directly to discuss the situation furthur and if you truely value your store and customer service you would rectify the problem immediately. Also have been a customer previously at this store

My husband Harry attended the Campbelltown Clinic yesterday, he spoke with Kath her customer service was impeccable. She listened to all of my husbands questions and answered them with patience and showed true concern. I would recommend Kath to anyone who wants to purchase a Cpap machine. Kath is professional, knowledgeable and a lovely person.

Very thankful to both Sue and Kath who have helped me tremendously over the past three weeks setting me up with the Resmed machine. I found their service caring, helpful and encouraging. Their prices for the machine is market value but I would still pay more from them because I know they provide me with continual support. Thanks Sue and Kath for you help! My sleeping is great and my wife likes the snore-free nights too!

Visited store last week to buy new machine and was very happy with process despite covid distancing and phone sign in. They did a good job showing me how machine works and called me next day checking if I slept well and to call if I have any problems. Will shop again when I need more filters or mask.

Unprofessional and rude. The whole experience was very standoffish.I went with my mother this afternoon and was served by Ryan. When we finally got the help we needed, it was at the expense of being treated very poorly

Resmed Campbelltown staff are so absolutely rude. The older female is the most unwelcoming assistant and needs a class in customer service. On sale of a unit the service is much different but there after everything is nothing short of disgusting,.The company should also consider those whom still carry cash and not assume everyone pays by card and should have facilities to accommodate.

Service here is impeccable. All the staff show care, take the time to understand your needs and offer ongoing support. Many thanks for being the benchmark when so many don’t care for customers these days. Kath and the team are brilliant and even if Resmed is a little more expensive, the service definitely make it worth it. 5 stars!

Exuberant prices. I don't understand how they can be up to $500 more in price than the rest of the market. In saying that, ironically they will match any one else's price but only if you make mention of it. Shop around.
