Spent over $350 on a bird plus cage & all the food and accessories, bird died next day, no replacement, no refund - PetShopBoy told me it was my fault! Was impossible to deal with & had to take store to court for refund. Would never shop here again and the parking is impossible.

Very friendly staff that helped me pick suitable cat towers for my cat. They even lifted them into my car without me having to ask for any help - who does that these days? My cat loves the towers I got from there, and even though she scratches them every day they are still in good shape. Pets Warehouse have great quality items and offer membership benefits.

Entered store to purchase reptile enclosure. Found store to be quite expensive compared to others. On a $899 vivarium, they offered to take $20 off for me which was their best price. Won’t be returning to this expensive store especially when most reptile gear is twice the price to other stores.

Came here for the first time after traveling all the way for a specific reptile enclosure I was after.The enclosure did not fit in my vehicle and they offered to deliver it to me on the same day as a gesture, and I am blown away by the amazing customer service here.Highly recommend this place to anyone!

Really good pet store. We get most of our pet supplies from this place from small to bulk. Great variety of pets and their needs and comforts, habitats and food. Happy, helpful staff as well. Lots of parking but car park can be busy.Have a chat to the friendly Laurakeet on the way in/out by the door

Great pet shop as they sell a good variety of reptile food both fresh and frozen and the shop and displays are always clean and tidy.

Nice looking store but didn't like seeing parrots being bulk fed seed and wings being clipped unprofessionally, the poor bird was in so much distress and then fell to the ground due to pet store employees arent trained to restrain a bird, U should not be clipping the wings of a aviary bird that already knows how to fly its at higher risk of falling and breaking bones not only that a staff member said cant fly anymore buddy and laughed. birds can die from stress (heart attacks, breathing can stop) and then put the parrot in a box then they sold the customer a small cage for travel" it was very distressing to watch i came in to leave my resume i later was called by the manager using my phone number on my resume who cut the parrots wings in regard to a review i left and was quite rude and making me feel like i was terrible person i got a second opinion from another pet store that works with parrots and agreed with me and that is why i am updating my review because i didn't appreciate being spoken down to by someone and being told how awful i am for being honest a good store wont try to silence reviews and bully someone who actually knows about parrots its was very unprofessional for the manager to call me from my resume and speak lies to make me delete a honest review."
