Amazing experience at The Wharf. My French 75 cocktail was a perfect start to an awesome evening. Our entree of oysters were perfect- so fresh and the various styles divine. My seafood pasta was incredible, filled with selection of tasty prawns, fish and more … with a sauce which didn’t overpower but perfectly aligned with the fresh pasta and seafood. Brilliant! My hubby said his pork was also spot on. Plus finally a restaurant with decent serving sizes! And it wasn’t just the food which makes me want to rave about The Wharf- the service was impeccable, friendly warm staff who genuinely wanted to make sure our night was memorable. To top it off, well the view and atmosphere!! Stunning scenery from the floor to ceiling windows, soft warm lighting, a sound absorbing room (we could hear each other and some great music - not a cacophony of other diners!) … and it was warm! We highly recommend this place for a drink, bite or main meal … a place in St Helen’s Tasmania, where you enjoy every minute and walk away feeling very satisfied.

Enjoyed a very special lunch celebration here. We had beer battered fish and seafood linguini. Others enjoyed a well presented and tasty pork belly and large mushroom risotto dish. Service, presentation and taste superb. Well done to all staff.

Nice location. Unfortunately, we could only get fish and chips and burger for lunch, as we needed to eat outside in the pick-nick area close by, because we had our dog with us. The food was very average.

Gorgeous restaurant on the wharf with stunning views of the water. The food is amazing quality. From the fresh oysters to the succulent scallops and juicy lobster - amazing fresh food. And the cocktails are on the same level of awesomeness! Staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend if passing through the area.

This place is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere and the staff exceptional. We indulged in lovely food, the service was great and we didn’t need to wait long. Everything tasted amazing. Unfortunately I did become I’ll, but I contacted the restaurant and Izzy was very apologetic and as I said it’s just 1 of those things when you have oysters. Still would return again if back in the area.

Not bad at all! Nice waterfront location, super friendly staff, good food. But it doesn't get 5⭐: I had the linguine, it was tasty but I had to salt it myself. It had too much onion (truly) and the sauce was too liquid, feeling more like a chowder than pasta. On the bright side, pasta was not overcooked and the seafood was of course extremely fresh.

The food wasn’t bad, a bit on the expensive side though. I enjoyed the meal, especially the fish and chips, it tasted very fresh and delicious. The other good were also pretty good as well, but the salt and pepper squid weren’t all that good. They tasted like eating batter with some salt. The coating of the squid tasted raw and I wouldn’t recommend buying it, but the rest of the order was pretty nice.The place looks pretty neat as well and the view looks good as well. The staff were also very nice and kind.

The quality of the seafood was next level. Beautiful restaurant right on the water with a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and accomodating for our 9 month old. The servings were very generous, we left full and very satisfied. Highly recommend!!
