I been to this place couple of times before. Honestly she got no customer service but during my last visit she was acting like an idiot. It seems she don't want to have customer in her shop. Definatley not coming back to this shop again and recommend this shop to anyone who want to get humilated. Very very Bad customer service.

A few weeks ago, I was served by the owner's daughter, and I have to be honest...She has NO CUSTOMER skills at all, very arrogant and rude.I was very very SURPRISED Kim Trang Jewellery still can service until today.If I spend thousands $$$ to buy a piece of jewellery, I definitely not come to this shop because my experience tell me that...they don't appreciate their clientele. It seems like their customers need them more than they need their customers.

I showed up at the shop to get a bangle for my mother, the owners daughter with the glasses served me, she was very helpful, and kind! A+++ customer service, would recommend this to anyone. (She was also very cute ;) )

They were highly recommended by another jeweller to resize a ring. My husband went in got it done under 30mins. Over the moon and extremely happy with their service. Bless you team!!!
