Have been using Cyclic Maintenance for my investment property and was so impressed with their service, I now use them for my own home as well as for my elderly parents. They are prompt, professional and as an added bonus, their costs are well below other companies I contacted. Highly recommend.

This Company performed a safety check on a rental property i lease. In good faith, I allowed them to complete their inspection without myself present. When I arrived home I noted my toilet door was open and the lid was up, so clearly whomever attended had used my toilet and not had the decency to return it as they found. I have emailed this company twice about this and not received a response hence the 1 Star review. Your Company will NEVER enter my home without me present. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm happy with the overall service from Cyclic, they arrived on time and were in and out quickly.

Excellent customer service, came when they said they would and were friendly over the phone and in person. the quality of work completed was outstanding!

Another company that fails to communicate in a a pleasant fashion. Lets the computer do its work without any respect.

Short version: Very dodgy people.Avoid any interaction if you can.I received multiple letters from these people, asking if I would respond via SMS two days in advance to their scheduled appointment if I will be home. The letters however were received on the scheduled day!?! When I called up to clarify they blamed it on Australia Post. When I asked them to get the keys from the agent, they said the agent does not have them, which is not true. I scheduled for a different appointment over the phone and subsequently received another letter saying they will come at a later time, when I am not available. Had to call them again to clarify and they blamed on Australia Post again...

Possibly the single rudest lady" I have ever dealt with on a phone call. Completely made up all sorts of excuses regarding missed appointment times

As a landlord, don't bother with this company. Agree with reviews below Guvner & Fred Coulson. Same experience just had. Following up on an appointment that was organised, made 5 calls left 5 messages detailing information required, they failed to return the calls over a period of 4weeks, until today's message to them when I mentioned the Company has a problem. All they had to do was return the calls and and advise on the messages left. It's called Customer Service. It appears that 3 years ago this company had good reviews, was it taken over, it may explain the recent negative reviews.

Terrible experience with this company, we requested for smoke alarm and carbon mono-oxide testing on May 1, 2023 via email for a property in the Northern Suburbs. Today is May 23. Since then, I followed up 3+ times via call. The first 2 times were we will get back to you" or along those lines (I did not receive any email responses
