They looked after my car BMW X 5 very well, thorough check over and service, great mechanics

Had a coolant hose blow (06 BMW 320i) due to perishing of course BMW aren't just standard hose and clamps they are special genuine clip lock hose. Had to get vehicle towed home as unable to fix on roadside.Rang Autotechnik ( was recommended by towie) spoke to technician. Knowing immediately what part I was after, after providing some details of what had happened and the parts description.Ringing back within minutes saying they had one on shelf.Arrived to purchase hose. Needed some coolant ( BMW BLUE) was provided some coolant out of technician 44 service drum at a litre rate.Extremely helpful with some questions I had in regards to potential damage I may have caused with over heating.Arrived home replaced hose. Flushed and bleed coolant system. Took for a drive, Car is fine.Very impressed with Autotechnik's service, 10 of 10.. will be back in future for sure.Cheers!Aaron

I trusted autotechnik as I got recommended by someone. But… I feel just alright. I got a new cabin filter 7 months ago, and has been told by the technician it has been replaced this time. I just wonder as I haven’t driven my car much in the past 7 months (less 3000km) the cabin filter should be in a very good shape still. Anyway, their works looks alright, a service cost $450, but I don’t feel so worth it.

I had a surging problem with my X4.BMW 2 visits could not diagnose the problem. Another European mechanic , after thorough inspection recommended a. New Gear box. At Autotechnik, Jesse drove the car for 2 minutes. Found the problem and fixed it on the day in 2 hours.So no comments on BMW mechanics and hefty charges .Thank you Jesse

I can't thank enough you guys, you literally saved my Volvo.My Volvo XC60 had a whistle noise issue, and I took to 2 different mechanics since May, none of them found what the noise is. I wasted $600 for changing tensioner pully , but it was not about it. The issue was about PCV valve, Autoteknik sorted it out and now it works beautiful. Thank you guys, it is good to know someone in Hobart understands Volvo :)
