Our first time here and they made us feel very welcome, love this experience! Overall happy with how they have done everything. I would come back happily!!I would only fault 1 part and that is once you complete the first stage you are to go back out near the front where everyone walks in and out while you are in a robe (would be good to have your own little area where it's not so awkward)

From the minute you walk in the black covered doors you are treated with kindness and respect. Everything is explained and shown to you, so you know exactly what is going to happen and what you're doing.Everything is provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a towel.The only thing I suggest is if you have long hair you may want to bring an extra small towel or hair wrap to dry your hair.Water and tea provided as you sit in the lounge and gather yourself before going back into the real world.Hope this helps. I've only done the floating session. It was my first experience. Very different in deed. It took 10 minutes to let go and go into relaxation mood. However it is diffenetly a different level of relaxation. I loved it

SUPER IMPRESSED!I came off the street and they took me in straight away. The girls were extremely accommodating and I was able to get a relaxation massage with Brooke.Brooke was so knowledgeable and helpful and I walked out feeling relaxed and pampered.I would usually pay $75 for the same time and paying the extra $35 and feeling completely pampered, was worth it.They even make their own tea blends!I'm going to go back and try the floatation pool next!

Have been going to City Cave for about 6 months now.I first went for the float and fell in love with the experience. I then had a massage with Tegan which was so healing.The membership is a great option if you’re a regular as it offers discounted services.Definitely now an important part of my self care.The float experience is very “spa like” with a private room, shower and of course the float pool.I would float naked and the pool is big enough to be able to “star fish” without touching the sides.First float make sure you have a very thorough shower afterwards otherwise you’ll end up looking like a salty sea witch lol

The infrared sauna and massage were so healing. I’d had severe back ache for over a month and have so much relief was very therapeutic- highly recommend
