Beware. The click and collect system will allow you to order and pay for items that are not in stock. Once you get the confirmation SMS to come and get it best ring to make sure all the stuff is there or you may have to make two trips, like me. Staff are good though.

The store is well stocked and had what I was after, staff were very helpful. The main negative was the pricing. The speakers were 2x that of Ryda Car Radio and Strathfield car radios. Price matching got closer but I was happy to pay extra for good service and convenience.

Deadset dogs that take advantage of pensioners. My father was charged more for delivery from warehouse to store ($15) than what it costs to have it delivered to his home ($12). Ordered the wrong part for him anyway.Such a shame when you can’t trust anyone to be honest anymore. Buy from an online store that cares about customer service.He did speak to the manger who blamed all the problems on head office.Will be a cold day in hell I ever buy anything from Repco.

NEVER order online. 3 times in a row I ordered parts and each time I ordered on a Saturday, the website confirmed clearly that I qualified for home delivery on Monday, paid extra for delivery and waiting Monday, Tuesday nothing, called and told no you don't qualify for delivery
