This is our experience with East West Vet. My partner wrote this review and I’m making sure everyone knows how our dog was treated under their care. I’d highly recommend you read other reviews and take consideration as to whether you choose this vet or not.I have been taking my two dogs to Ann for nearly 5 years and my last experience with her is why I'm leaving one star and have found an alternative vet. My dog was healthy then ate we believe rat poison and declined quickly. After taking her to Ann there was little to no sense of urgency and she never even mentioned ratsak, she felt it was something more unusual. She was too busy" to even properly check on my dog throughout the day in observation and told us so when we came back to collect her. She also told us that she didn't think she even was taken out to the toilet that's how busy they were

The best holistic vet, well also the only one I know of on this side of town. Wonderful complimentary care from the vet using traditional Chinese therapy (herbs & acupuncture), with other practitioners using osteopathy, kinesiology etc as well as complete veterinary care. Pricing is very reasonable as well.

Dr. Ann and the team at East West Vets have been absolutely fantastic in performing surgery on my cat George, all the post-surgical care and advice on his general health. These are really lovely people- I couldn't be happier with everything they did.

What a great clinic! My cat had intestinal issues (getting treated with antibiotics from another vet). Side effect of antibiotics was uncontrollable diarrhea. Ann provided 4 different supliments and they working amazingly. Life changing. Frankie (the cat) had no more diarrhea and her stool was normal again.Would thoroughly recommend and have been back even tho they are a 50 min drive from my house because they are that good!

Took my cat Houdini in to be checked out for vomiting, got his injections, his fur clipped,and teeth cleaned, Vet Anne did it all with very good help, good cat,staff, all good,

I would like to thank Dr Ann and the team for the fantastic job they have done in treating my cat Chai who has stage 3 kidney disease. The treatment included a combination of a nutritional diet, Chinese herbs and acupuncture. The cost of the treatment was very reasonable and affordable compared to standard vet treatments and a lot more effective. East West Vets sets a great example of the power and effectiveness of holistic medicine and natural therapies for pets.

These guys are in a league of their own. A completely different approach to any other vet I have been to. They promote natural methods first combined with commercial medications and treatments necessary. Anne who is the expert in allergies is absolutely amazing and genuinely cares about what the owner and the pets are going through and demonstrates this with her genuine approach to healing. I will never go elsewhere. Thank you for changing our lives.

Amazing veterinary clinic, we drove two hours from Phillip Island to Baumoris to get a second opinion on our darling dog who was sent home to die, not instructions on how to best care for her or any information on how to best give her any relief. The vet Anne explained so much to us and gave us so much peace in the herbal and western medical treatment for our beautiful Star. Our dog is like a healthy happy dog who you wouldn't know has cancer, she's walking twice a day eating and happy and healthy. I would only ever go to East West Veterinary Group with my precious pet's and they are so reasonably priced. Can't speak highly enough about their care. Thank you Anne and staff. XO

Took my dog there after having an ear infection for 12 months that 2 different vets couldn't previously fix or help with, plus spending at least $1000 to no help help at all.Saw Ann and Penny and within 4 consultations in 6 weeks with some herbs, supplements and taking him off foods we found out he's allergic too his ear is like brand new again.Not only that, but his fear of vets is now gone, he even gave Ann a hug today, which he hasn't done since our vet when we were in London.Great practice, kind a caring staff who take the time to build trust with the animals, plus the practice dogs Floyd and Stanley help make it more comfortable for the dogs.Highly recommended and am more than happy to drive an hour to go there.
