What lovely helpful people. I'd been wanting to get my booster shot, I spoke to Elias to check and I was just outside the window, he was very helpful though and informative. A day later he rang me to let me know the government had changed the rules and I was now eligible. Rima who gave me the shot was lovely and helpful and happy to give information on getting shots for my kids. The respect and level of care is excellent. I had used them before, but not constantly, that will change now - I swear I'll never go to Priceline or Chemist Warehouse again, I will be supporting this local owned and run Pharmacy.Go there, they deserve your business. Legends.

An extremely dedicated team who value each patient and offer services catered to the individual. I have personally seen the pharmacists not only manage patients acutely, but also follow up to see how the patient is going. The time and effort the staff give is unique to this pharmacy.

Elias and the Chapel St Pharmacy team are fantastic. Every time I enter the pharmacy I am greeted by warm smiles and a great customer service experience. Elias in particular goes above and beyond for his customers. He has assisted me on multiple occasions and no request is too much. He displays a great deal of knowledge, empathy and follow-up. The Team at Chapel street Pharmacy are nothing but wonderful and if you want to be treated as an individual and not a number Elias is the man who I highly recommend as he looked after my son in whatever was needed. I have been a customer to Chapel Street pharmacy for at least 5 years.The team are honestly the most supportive, caring and genuine people. Their level of professionalism is outstanding, nothing is ever to much for them, they look after my fathers Webster pack and deliver it to him, always happy to help and make life easier especially when my father is unwell their kindness and support means a lot to us. Great local pharmacy and friendly staff.All the big pharmacies treat you as a number.They also price match here!!!!Always helpful and a product I could rarely find is now always available as the pharmacist ordered it in for me and has told me when I need it to just call him and he will get it in if he has no more stock.Can’t speak more highly of this great service and pharmacy.
