One of the worst customer services received. This is what happened when they use unreliable drivers to deliver.Ordered a 22kg of cashews, and they promised to deliver. However they said they can’t guarantee a time. Therefore I have requested to contact me before driver arrives.At 12.30 pm got a phone call from the driver and saying that he is coming in 5 mins. So quickly I went there and waited. After 30 minutes, I called the driver to see where he is. He said he is going to Heidelberg and be back.So I contacted the Nuts office and informed. Anil, the manager has promised me to deliver within one hour and he requested me to stay at the address. I stayed one hour, but no delivery arrived. I called the driver, he said now stay another two hrs as he has to go to another place.I had to get someone to wait from 12.35 pm till 5.30 pm but did not get any cashews. Finally I called the office at 5.15 pm. And inform. Driver said that he called us but couldn’t get through, and therefore he did not deliver our cashews.Our doors were open. He did not come inside. He did not even use commonsense to service his customers.As his manager promised, he suppose to leave the parcel out side of the doors locked. This driver had no sense to do that either.Finally they told me to keep another person at the door tommorow from the morning or pick up the goods from the shop.Is this the correct way??Very disappointed

For some time now, this has been one of Australia's greatest, most diverse and super priced suppliers of nuts and spices. Retail and wholesale, with a big showroom. And the crew have always been great with friendly service and willingness to help in any way. Open six days, very convenient.

The BEST nut butter you will EVER taste! Macadamia, Almond butter absolutely delicious! I buy the 1kg tubs because why not right?! The other nuts and chocolate are great too but the real winners are the nut butter!! Yum!

Great service...they also sell choc covered nuts..honey organic products...felafala mix is mazing...coconut oil.Prices a bit more than supermarket or market but very fresh and packed on premises in cellophsne pcks of varying sizes....

This is the best place with the freshest nuts, dried fruits and health foods all at an incredible price. 100% recommend it to everyone both who live in Melbourne or people visiting as there are no other places like Royal Nut in the world.

I buy an assortment of nut there each fortnight. I've only ever had two bags of pistachios that were not crunchy and today they were out of Beer nuts. The're not the cheapest around but I'll go back.

Love this place, well stocked excellent quality. Supply of nuts, grains, flours dried fruits, muesli, organic range from nut spreads, pastes ect and spices/herbs. You won't be disappointed well worth the spend.

Huge range. Not just nuts but heaps of stuff, even hot sauce. Very good quality for the price.
