Very friendly, experienced staff. Good knowledge of their products and very happy to assist wherever possible. Jake has displayed extreme patience with my children, especially when they were paying for their purchases in their pocket money (small change)

My toddler runs into EB Games all the time, drawn by the toys and game covers, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and good natured.The store is bursting with options: games and merchandise.I would recommend EB Games in Armidale just for it's good vibes and warm service, oh, and they also sell games!

I've been to a hell of a lot of EB Games stores and this local one is by far my favourite. Store manager Lee does an amazing job if you need help with something, very knowledgeable about the products he is selling and always offers service with a smile.

Over the past 12 months I've had really good experiences with the staff there, the current group of people working there are fantastic. The store also has less funko pops and more hardware/accessories which is great to see.

The new guy working in the store with orange hair (I think his new, have not seen him before) was friendly and welcoming and happy to answer my questions about products and tell me about where to find some products they didn't sell and go through any other questions I had and didn't make me feel worried that I was wasting his time, asking about stuff.
