Akuna Laundry KIAMA

I left a mattress topper to be dry cleaned and they washed it and ruined it. Tried to speak to the ‘gentleman ‘ owner about it and he refused to listen and was very rude. The cost to have it ruined was $47 and they would not even repay that so I was out of pocket $47 for something that is now unusable. Be warned that if you value your belongings they take no responsibility when things go wrong.The manager where it is outsourced to said she would only contact the manufacturer not take responsibility for the damage but there is nothing on the topper to indicate who that is so that’s not possible. It was put in to be dry cleaned.I have no problem with the service at the drop off agent but if your outsourcing they need to take responsibility. $47 to wash!! I could of done that myself.

Im disabled so I am not allowed to carry my basket by Debbie,Nash or Mel (the brilliant team ) so when they see me they always get the basket ! The prices are very very reasonable ! I lost my dog after a $1350 surgery ! Debbie and Nash did mywashing ,drying and folding for free !! Beautiful persons !beautiful business !
