It was a lot bettet than trying on line or phone calls. I hate it when it says press 1 for this or 2 for that and then the phone drops out and you need to start over. All businesses need to know that face to face service always works best especially for the elderly.

Liked the way that a person who was not wearing a mask was very politely told that they could not be served if they weren't wearing a mask. Problem with insurance was solved very quickly
