Was in a pickle with a broken silven diesel pump and rung up about parts, apparently nothing available in Victoria....had 500ltrs of diesel stuck in my tank that I needed to be working. Which I mentioned i was in a hurry for. Parts were “Ordered” my details supposedly taken down. and that was all I ever heard...... After a Week later, nothing. Three weeks later still nothing. A month later I again called back and nobody seemed to know who I was at this point. Again details were apparently taken down. Never heard back from again. Since went elsewhere to another business who stocked the parts needed and actually called me when other parts came in. Definitely not recommended.
