Milque Spa

I've been to Milque Spa for multiple treatments over the past few years and each time is a lovely experience!In my opinion, this could be the best spa in the Redlands! The ladies are lovely and all services are very reasonably priced.Love getting gift cards at Christmas :)

The spa itself is aesthetically gorgeous and the staff were prompt and friendly. I had Henna brow and sculpt then a spray tan. Unfortunately the brow sculpt barely removed any of my stray hairs and the plucking tidy up was painful. The therapist also didn’t wax between my eyebrows. The Henna itself is lovely and so far,long lasting!Unfortunately the spray tan left a lot to be desired. It was so heavy on my feet that they looked ‘dirty’ and thankfully my bridesmaid dress covered my feet! It was also ‘spotty’ on my hands. After three days the tan starting going very patchy and orange; it also cracked. Despite the therapist not advising of any aftercare, I have had spray tans previously and followed the correct before/aftercare procedure but it’s still cracking, patchy and orange. Also, I booked in for a $30 tan but was charged $35.I had heard amazing things about the spa and was excited to visit, but it seems the mediocre application and treatment as well as the spelling and grammatical errors on their website really detract from their professionalism and does not reflect their price point. I would prefer to go to a less ‘pretty’ salon and pay less for a better quality treatment.A bit more care, pride, and attention to detail of staff overall would boost my 3 stars to 5 stars for sure, but Milque has disappointingly not lived up to its reputation for me :(Edit to add: True to her reply, Micayla rang me today to obtain a better understanding of my experience. Absolutely wonderful - went over and beyond to accomodate my daughter for her 21st even though they were short staffed due to covid. So impressed and my daughter loved the ambience and treatments. Much thanks!

Absolutely stunning! The aroma as you walk in is so lovely which compliments the overall calming feeling of the entire spa. The massage I received was fantastic aswell with a lovely massage therapist who made me feel very comfortable.

Outstanding and exceptional! This is truly a hidden gem and is more ample and gorgeous than it looks from the outside! The staff are lovely and know what they are doing. The treatments are amazing. Treat yourself

I was gifted a facial for my birthday and had such a great experience. Whist there I noticed they also had a hair salon so booked in. Absolutely amazing service, the girls were so lovely, accomodating and listened to what I wanted. I love my hair and will now be a customer for all my hair and beauty needs.

I have been seeing this salon for years. I moved away and went to other salon/beauty salons and my honest opinion is this. This salon makes you feel that you are in a day spa but your not spending thousands. When you get your hair done you walk out with what you ask for. When you get a facial you walk away feeling refreshed. The ladies that work there know their stuff!! Will get you onto the best products and services for you! My hair and skin has never been so good!

I absolutely love this salon, have been going for years. I receive the most wonderful customer service from the friendly staff. My nails are always perfect, I receive so many comments and everyone asks where I get them done. The prices are so reasonable and the salon is beautiful.
