5x starBlue Star Air Conditioning at Revesby, are an amazing company!We have recently purchased and had installed in September; a Fujitsu ducted air conditioning system in our residence.From getting our quote, and advice from the sales representative to the installation, Blue Star have done everything that they said there were going to do, exactly to the letter. They follow-up phone calls, emails and answered all my questions; no query was too small or too hard, through the entire process.They arrived on time, placed protective mats where the installation was to be done, and were very communicative in the process of the installation, to make sure everything was done to our wishes.They explained in detail how to use the air conditioner properly, and installed with care and quality workmanship.They uninstalled and took away our old air-conditioner, and cleaned up thoroughly after the installation.They are a very professional company, and all the staff involved in the process, from the salespeople to reception and the installers, all deserve high praise for their diligence and hard work.I cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you Blue Star!

Impeccable job on installing a Fujitsu 12.5kw ducted system. Works beautifully! And the customer service? These guys are thorough, with attention to detail and helpful advice. The installers needed to work on a four bedroom house, which took an entire day. Results are well worth it.

Very unprofessional, false advertising and misleading retailer ! Customer service is a totally rubbish with no skills at all. Avoid at any cost!
