The staff helped my niece but her first phone case. They searched for something she liked and treated her with respect and patience. Highly recommend- great customer service.

Can't prove it (except to go to apple store to buy another battery which I may yet do as not happy with its performance) but I don't believe I got an apple battery that I asked and paid for:1. My phone says unable to verify genuine apple part and therefore cannot check battery health % now.2. The box of the battery I bought that they put my old battery in was not apple branded.

Went to place across from Woolies who said I needed to pay a $59 free for them just to look at my iPad and no one was there who could fix it so it would have to be left for a few days. Said no thank you. Walked around Metro until I found this place. Friendly service. Fixed it it in a few hours. Great service. Will be back.

Good for simple battery replacements. Don’t go to them if you want to do much more than that.Asked for a port replacement for an iPhone, they said a battery replacement would fix it and when asked why it still had the same fault after battery replacement they then said it just needed a software update.Being female doesn’t make me stupid. I know what the issue, Now will fix it myself.Oh and they don’t give out tax invoices. So make sure you get that if you want warranty.

Excellent customer service.They had exactly what I was looking for and fitted the covers/cases to my devices.Very reasonable prices.I prefer using this store rather then the ones closer to my home.Always treated with respect here.I highly recommend this store.
