I was referred to Talitha by a friend, as I was getting unsuccessful treatment from another physio. I started doing treatments with Talitha and I saw better results within weeks. After years of chronic pain and a sport injury, I am now majority free of pain. Talitha is very professional and knowledgeable, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

After 8 mths of interrupted sleep, a steroid injection and physio sessions elsewhere for my shoulder injury a friend recommended Talitha. Absolutely no regrets. I now have uninterrupted sleep No pain when I wake. Still some limited movement but am confident with a few more sessions with Tahlita and continued exercises I will totally recover. Will and have recommended. Love her work.
