Ducklings is an amazing centre that feels welcoming from day one. Each and every educator regardless of what room are happy to welcome you to the beautiful centre. Educators will always try their best to help with making drop off easy on both you and your child. They are always happy to make you and your child happy, whether it is giving you extra information on your childs day or if you have a request to add something into their education.The centre always at high standards of clean and high standards for their healthy meals that are present to the children - they have the most amazing chef that takes pride and joy in creating yummy food for the children daily and for those special occasions when held at ducklings.I highly recommend ducklings as my child never wants to leave school - which is always a great sign that my child feels like they belong and feel safe at school.

My son has been going to Ducklings for a year now and we live it. There communication skills have come along way since they first opened (although there were bound to have. Afew teething issues in the beginning). My son always loves going to childcare and has developed a great repor with the staff. I feel safe and happy sending him. Love seeing all the development his mas made since going to Ducklings.

I have had my child at the ducklings education centre for over a year now and can honestly say that I am happy with the service they provide. The environment is exceptional with many interesting learning pods, great outdoor areas and fun learning activities. The educators I deal with are friendly, approachable and compassionate to both parents and child's needs, teaching them positive lessons. I feel secure having my daughter in the hands of this crew and will continue to do so until she leaves for school.

Ducklings has shown great warmth and empathy towards the children. They offer nutritious meals and have excellent communication with parents. Our two children have settled in well and I couldn’t be happier with the service they have provided so far.

I have attended the centre since the very first day it has opened, so my experiences come from an extended time using the centre. I have always found the staff professional, friendly and informative. The programs put in place have really helped my son progress academically, emotionally and socially. The bonus is the centre is new with the most up to date processes, along with new equipment, kitchen, resources and educational toys. I have receive daily updates (including many photos) on ‘Storypark’ showing what my son has been learning that day. I am extremely happy with all aspects of Ducklings Early Education centre.

The director and staff at ducklings are doing an amazing job, especially during these tough times to give support.I trust that the centre is a safe place for my child to learn, grow and make friends.The educators keep parents involved to a high standard especially via story park with posts and photos about their child’s day to day experience at the centre.It is so lovely to see a routine in their everyday education and all of the different activities which the children undergo regularly.Go ducklings!

My son has been with Ducklings for a year now and we are really happy with the centre. The staff are lovely and very accommodating to my son who has Sensory needs.Communication beween staff and parents has been great and the director is very proactive, understanding and approachable.I recommend this centre!

We are extremely happy with the care provided at Edge, Charnwood. Our son is delighted to arrive at daycare and settles down to breakfast happily each day, after being greeted warmly by the educators. The communication has been fantastic from day one and we have seen our son’s skills develop in leaps and bounds since being at Edge. An excellently managed daycare that we feel lucky to have found!

Worst centre I ever worked. I got bullied over there by old staff, when i told manger about it, she said you have to tolerate it and respect her. It wasn’t only me other 2 girls also bullied by her all of us After that left the job than I sent them lots of emails and messages for documents i need, but acting director didn’t care about it. And said you didn’t give me enough time. I called many times for appointment they didn’t give me appointment. Thanks to HR who listen to me and provided it to me. If you are international student think 100 times before working there they will not provide you documents.
