First time. I so the guy was not able to activate my sim. It was port in from lebara to optus. But the guy saying we only dealing with postpaid service.. seems like lack of experience. May be he was right. But optus store should see pre paid customers as well. I never give review. But nothing else we can do except this.

Worst customer Care service ever. The manager Reema is very rude and does not have any customer service sense. They damaged my phone (cracked the screen) during an upgrade assessment and said they can't replace it or fix it. When I said I wanted it in writing they asked my to take up with customer care on the online portal. Really upset.

Very poor customer service. I went for an new phone enquire and till time I was sounding positive the optus representative was sounding very energetic, but the time when I said will come back he shut the laptop in a harsh manner and said bye in a very rude way.Not sure how optus is recruiting such an arrogant people?Are they really reading the customer reviews?Very means very poor approach and this is surely making me parramatta Optus branch as no to go.The one I met has a small neckbeard and is sounding very rude with customers.

Had a very bad experience here. It is not what they offer about but it is how they respond when you have some issue. They are very poor at responding polite.If someone reaching you for some issue multiple times it is not that they want to disturb you, it is that they had some issue and no one else responding properly.Instead saying politely how to get this resolved or pointing to correct person. They just responded we can’t do it and don’t come to us multiple times instead go to other store who might help you.There are several ways to respond and direct them to correct person politely. But treating them harsh and asking them to try somewhere else with harsh tone is not any customer would expect.Optus says it starts with ‘yes’ but what I heard all day here is ‘NO’ we cant do, ‘NO’ don’t come again and againI have reached out to other store for same issue. It was resolved in 10 min. Where I was here for 2 hours just had to be treated rudely.

Don't come here if you expect to be looked after. As a long standing customer of many years I was told good luck" at the door when I asked them to match a competitor deal. They wouldn't even spend 5 minutes with me to understand what the offer was. After the recent data breach and a decline in quality of ssrvice I was happy to finally have moved on."

The worst possible customer service. The store manager is a crazy. Completely unprofessional. Shame on Optus not taking corrective action in spite of so many complaints against the store. The manager I dealt with was Reema.

Biggest scam ever happened to me. Wasted my time. Once the company send someone in holiday please make sure they are updated with new changes made and only roasterd them. They are outdated and feels like racism is exist. Thank you anyways.

Terrible service and the two guys working there are so rude.They literally chase me away to another network.The best way to lose customers is by hiring such people in your stores!

30GB for $30Overall quick experience with friendly staff.Not all data plans available in store - T&C’s not explained with prepaid sims actually being a subscription that only renews on the purchased date each month. If you run out of days before then, you will need to purchase add ons which can only be done through the App and online for increased prices.

I wish there was an option to review in negative but I can only choose one. Worst worst customer service ever. Yesterday I went there around 4:30 to activate my sim but the person on entrance was very rude. Firstly he didn’t even bothered to listen about my queries. He just said we don’t do it in here. Secondary , when I requested then asked to wait for an hour just to activate sim and staff was standing free. It was looking like that he was forced to work there , he was not interested at all after waiting for too long waiting then he served me just to said he can’t activate my sim there. I personally think staff there need more training otherwise Optus reputation will be compromised. And because of his ignorance I chose to go with vodafone.
