The older girl at the front desk was rather abrupt and abrasive. Some people shouldn't work with the public. Otherwise everything else was great

Wasn't told to be there 15mins early, so was told I was late at 3pm. I am 64yrs old, run my own business and as such to be told off by Steve, really left a bitter taste in my mouth. I checked in to Qld Check-in at 2.59. Mandy was very professional & saved me walking out. Steve ended up making an appointment at the right department, thank you for that Steve.

Prompt scans done back to back and with call back next day. Shame I can't get my own doctor to respond to me after advice re urgent op needed.
