Fantastic Staff, I am incredibly impressed with the new services that Storage king are offering.Hats of to Tennille From the Front desk for showing me around and helping me find the best storage unit for my business.Fantastic set up and will recommend 11 out of 10 :)

I highly recommend storage king Tennille is super friendly & helpful, all the storage sheds are secure and lots of security cameras everywhere. I know my items are safe. My shed was so clean and smells amazing!

The ladies at storage king have the best accommodating customer service I have come across. Thank you ladies for having the most loveliest positive energy.

I had a storage container here for 3 years and the service I received from Gwen and Tenielle was incredible! The ladies are always super helpful with anything you need and payments. I will definitely go back if I ever need a storage unit again!

Organised storage unit over the phone and was told we would have to attend the office prio to commencement date to complete paper work.When we arrived were told the visit wasn't necessary all could have been done on line and was handed a tablet to complete ourselves.Thought we had organised the use of the the truck they share with another location but when we arrived to collect said truck it had been given to someone else and alternate location had no record of our booking. They organised use of their trailer and luckily it was a fine day so that was ok. When we arrived back at Browns plains they had no record of us booking the truck, however there was a note on our on line file that we requested the truck for the 28th but nothing else had been done with our request.It was fortunate what we were storing fitted in the trailer and oit wasn't raining so mattresses didn't get wet.No apology has been fothcoming for this lack of service on their part..

Great storage place with easy access, awesome friendly staff.12 months later and I have to say, can't fault the ladies at storage King, they're always happy to help with any questions I have, if they don't get the pay rise they deserve, I'm always happy to drop off chocolate biscuits.Love the new renovations.Keep up the awesome work ladies.
