Beaumont tiles Oakleigh

We visited the store today to make all our tile selections for the home we are building. Thea provided such wonderful advice and her recommendations were perfect for the look we were wanting to achieve.We are going ahead with all the products Thea recommended. We certainly would recommend this store for their extensive range and the professional and friendly service provided.

A huge array of tiles on display. Staff member Jones was particularly helpful and welcoming in offering lots advice and assistance for our upcoming bathroom project. Looking forward to going back.

I was extremely indecisive, Thomas helped me narrow things down and was so patient with my decision making process. Will definitely be going back to speak with him as renovations continue! Large showroom with wide variety of tiles. Showroom has a very nice layout. The software enables you to visualize your selection, which is a very useful tool.Staff is very friendly and was keen to help even without asking for help. Price range is wide and you can find some items on sale too.A small play area for little ones was available.Parking on site, not very large though.

We visited this store today around 1:30pm to look for tiles. A lady with light colour hair came to assist however she could not provide much assistance.We were looking to get tiling done in our home and asked her which tiles would be appropriate for living room, outdoors and kitchen floors. She said it’s upto us whatever we want to use. I would expect a customer service person to provide us with some options because certainly tile quality differ depending on where they would be (living room, bathroom, walls and outdoor floors).I also felt that she judged our financial capacity because she said it’s going to cost a lot for tiling. Although she said she cannot give us any range of how much it could cost for labour/tiles. And she didn’t ask us the expected tiling area or our budget. So I don’t know how she calculated the total cost and how expensive it would be for us. May be she judged us from the car we parked and myself not carrying an expensive handbag.I did felt a bit neglected although there was no other customer in the store and there were at least 2 store staff available on their desks throughout the time we were in the store.The showroom itself is beautiful (2 stars are for that) and has many options to choose from. We may try another Beaumont store. We are certainly not going to Oakleigh store again.

Wow! I walked in to the store and was overwhelmed by the prospect of ‘designing’ my new bathroom. The staff were amazing and a particular shout out to Darren (store manager) for the time, knowledge, creativity and guidance - from the tap ware to the vanity, sink, shower head, shaving cabinet, toilette and all tiling! Incredible service, truly outstanding. I look forward to working with him and the team moving forward with my new bathroom. Thank you!!!

Great variety of tiles but not the best services. One would hope to have better customised services.

Fantastic customer service. When I was doing my bathroom renovation I received excellent and professional help from Simone regarding what type of tile to use and the result turned out better than I expected.I am very glad she was there to help as without her I would be a little clueless.Beaumont tiles give this lady a raise because with her in your business she is adding tremendous value to it :)Thanks Simone!!!
