Exceptional customer service, kind, honest and efficient! This is the second car we have purchased from Grant and Tyson was wonderful. They have great cars, their prices are good and they gave us an excellent trade in on our old Subaru! We couldn’t afford the prices at the local Subaru dealer, not to mention with terrible trade in and now we are driving a practically new Subaru so we are VERY happy. Grant was so patient as we deliberated and advised us like he was our Dad (except he’s younger than us) but he was very genuine. But Grant and the team at this family-run business could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They were in no way pushy in that salesey way you'd expect when you walk into a car yard. I bought a car from the guys here last year around august - they were so kind and helpful every step of the way. I found them via lots of good reviews on a community page - I never felt for a second that they were taking advantage of my little car knowledge, only going above and beyond to make things easy for me. Other car dealerships where trying to take advantage of me with unfair car prices for cars that were not worth what they were saying I would have to pay.
