I used to store my personal pedicure tools at this store. Because of busy work, I didn't go again for 5-6 months. The tools are gone, and the lady boss just said that the new employees threw them away as garbage during the holidays. And said because I haven't had pedicures for a long time, emphasizing that this is the reason why I haven't had pedicures for so long. Just a word of sorry. I also don't have time to write more reviews. It is because the old boss and the old store are very good that I keep going to this store. The attitude of the new boss is very irresponsible. If possible, I hope not to go again.

Having had my nails done for 15 years at various nail salons, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.Not only was the customer service very rude, but the quality of their service is incompetent and over priced.The lady used excess super glue for my acrylic nails and has consequently glued my skin to the nails (almost all of my fingers have excess glue under the nail where it has now dried onto the skin. surprisingly this is very painful when trying to seperate the skin from the super glue).If that wasn’t bad enough, she then filed the nails so short that when she was filing a nail, she filed raw skin until it bled. Instead of apologising, she said “you have dry skin” and proceeded to continue with a very bad job.I paid $110 for a manicure and pedicure only to have experienced this night mare. I will never again use their service and strongly recommended anywhere else but here.

Not sure where to start! Absolutely shocking experience. I felt sorry for the poor girl who was clearly inexperienced doing my pedicure today. It was at times painful and she had difficulty pretty much with every aspect of the process. A clear sign she has not been provided with adequate training and support.There were several infection control breaches. To the point where the health department has been notified. The poor girl wore gloves and then went to the next customer and gave them a pedicure without changing them! God only knows how they disinfect the instruments. Probably don’t. There was no hand hygiene at all. I had 3 different people work on my feet. Two not wearing gloves at all and going between customers without washing their hands in between. It was disgusting.And to top it off on my one day off and some child free time that is rare I had to sit and endure watching Cocomelon because the owner/manager had their kids there that needed entertainment whilst their parents broke all the infection control policies in the book. If you’d like to contract hep c (which in fact is curable nowadays. But wouldn’t recommend it) then waltz on down to J nails!

The service I received was extremely rushed. I was not asked if the shape was okay or anything like that. I was charged $5 extra just to get coffin shaped nails. So I ended up paying $70 for a plain white full set. I was left with rough feeling edges on my nails and glue stuck under them. Good for if you need a quick manicure but can’t ensure good results.

Lovely team but she literally pulled the French tips off of my own nails, leaving them soft, brittle and damaged. Won’t be going back.

Walked in as a last min appointment to get my volume lashes and acrylic nails refilled all tho lashes could been a bit more  fuller I was still happy with the quality and effort of the work I received . The nails turned out to be 100% was so worth the $75 I got exactly what I asked for . I was greeted with a smile and got given a bottle of water begin a beauty threaphist myself customer service and quality of work is very important to me and this place definitely shows it i highly recommend

I had my eyebrows removed for the first time and I regretted it. my eyebrows were different from each other, not well plucked. Sorry about that.

I had the best nails done here and planning to keep on coming back. Not only the girls were friendly and attentive but they really went above and beyond to make sure i’m satisfied before I left. I went in just before they were about to close but they still happy to do my extension and theyve got a huge range of colours so it was easy to find two that match my formal dress. I went in for infills and french tips. Service was rushed and she seemed more interested in her phone. I was the only customer in there.The white of the French tip was not completed on the top of most nails. Pretty sure they weren't dry enough since I found cotton stuck to 2 of my nails. I went because of the good reviews, but won't be going back.

Best acrylic nails I've ever had, fantastic customer service.The owner took her time and talked to me about what I wanted and gave me great advice.
