Warburton Adventure Company

We have done several tours with Warburton Adventure Company and really enjoyed them all. We did the abseiling and mountain bike tour which was amazing and the river sledding is not to be missed. The online booking was simple to use with all the information we required to plan the day. We had Sam as guide on one of our tours and Wow what a professional and dedicated guy. He clearly enjoys sharing his back yard with other. We will be back! Thanks again guys.

I cannot recommend Sam and his team more highly. We did both a self guided river sled through the easier section of the river, and a guided river sled in the more advanced rapids. Sam was insightful, friendly, with a great priority in both fun and safety depending on the group's capabilities. We also did caving which was awesome fun. Sam's knowledge of the cave system, best spots for glow worms and history of the area can't be beat. If you pick just one thing to do in Warbuton, check out the Warburton Adventure Company. Went on a self guided river sled and it was a fantastic way to spend the day and welcome the New Year! Beautiful setting floating down the Yarra River and well organised by Warburton Adventure Co. River sleds were great and heaps easier to use than tyres / pool inflatables - the younger members of the group had no issues (6/9yo). Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience with Warburton Adventure Company! Sam is professional and highly trained. He guided us through the process and answered all of our questions. We booked in for the self-guided river sledding and enjoyed it so much we booked again for the very next day. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children (aged 7 and 9) and all were able to navigate the river with no issues. The sleds are made of strong material (the same as a white water raft) that means that you are kept safe from any natural river obstacles. Highly recommend and we can't wait to go river sledding again soon.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic day out with Warburton Adventure Company! Liesel was a pleasure to deal with, providing clear communication and instructions for us leading up to the day. The transport operation ran smoothly and all equipment was provided. Sam explained how to use the river sleds and put our anxious daughter at ease when she was worried to hop on. Warburton Adventure Company have been awesome to deal with each time we’ve signed up for an adventure. My kids (8 and 10) and I recently did the Ship Rock abseiling activity and it was great fun! Sam was super nice and ensured everyone was safe and had a great time. Highly recommended!

A great experience! I decided to go with friends for a river sledding experience. Sam provided us with all the gear we needed and gave an excellent safety briefing, answering all our questions as well as providing us with some tips and information on river safety and rapids, before letting us float down stream! Liesel even came out during our sledding to take some action photos for us! Smiled the whole way down, it was so much fun! Would recommend that everybody have a go! Will definitely be back for another adventure with Warburton Adventure Company!

Today i got to go back to a place that i have not been since the 70’s on a school camp- Thanks to Sam and Ari from Warburton Adventure Co for an amazing tour of the Britannia Cave network.On this tour we were treated like VIP’s with clear instructions and fantastic story’s to how the caves formed and all things living in the caves. Glow worms - Crickets - Fresh water crayfish and some other surprises.I would highly recommend Warburton Adventure Co if anyone is looking for an an amazing time and day out in Nature in the Yarra Valley / Warburton region.. Even got some great photos after the trip for the memory’s

Highly recommend the river sledding adventure! We had the best time, it was so well run and gorgeous scenery along the whole way. We were a group of 4 adults and one 9yo (who was nervous until the minute she hit the water then it all turned into smiles and laughter the entire way). We all loved it and will definitely be coming back to do again! Thanks Sam and team!

Amazing and give five stars. My 6 year old boy and I did the river sled. Sam supported us the whole time and it was a challenging and fun experience. The scenery is fairly stunning, beds nice and sturdy and felt safe the whole time.Thanks Sam for all his extra efforts in making it so special. We’ll definitely be doing again.Chris and Casey.
