We have had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Ben Brannelly at Stocks Appliances. He went to great effort to get our Liebherr integrated refrigerator delivered as soon as possible. He recommended an installer, Brendan (Shelbee’s) who did an excellent job as well. Brendan explained how important it is to have good ventilation as it will allow the refrigerator to perform better and for a longer period of time. He delivered, installed, and removed the old refrigerator so efficiently.About a month ago, we needed to replace the other side of the Liebherr integrated refrigerator and we used another appliance dealer and that service was not done nearly as well. The installer never mentioned anything to us about the importance of adequate ventilation. Also, the old refrigerator was supposed to have been picked up the next day and two weeks later, we were still needing to call to request it be picked up.We heartily recommend Ben Brannelly and Stocks Appliances.Bryan & Kate Mowry

As a builder renovator, I have been sending my clients to Stocks for well over 5 years. They have a great selection of bathroom and kitchen gear and what they don't have in stock, they can quite easily obtain. But what I really like about Stocks, is the great service that both my clients and I get each and every time. Nothing is ever an issue and that makes my work way more enjoyable.

Ben from Stocks is personable and his product knowledge was reassuring when I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Electric MR-WX470F refrigerator/freezer. He personally phoned me to let me know that there was a fridge in the warehouse available and that it could be delivered that day. Very happy with the customer service, the price and the fridge.

David was great to deal with and so helpful to source my oven, which seemed to be out of stock everywhere else. He also organised and arranged a courier. His communication was excellent, it was so quick and easy to deal with him as he is so efficient. Thank you!
