I would highly recommend Local Agency Co. Kristalla has been looking after my rental property for nearly 15 years now, and I cannot flaw her in any way. She literally looks after everything for me and I don't have to worry about a thing. Having a property manager who is an owner of the business is definitely invaluable. Do not bother looking anywhere else!

I've had bad experiences with other agents in the past, but this was all positive. Fast, good communication. Clear and concise about handing over documents and keys, prompt with condition reports and any follow-ups. All positive.

I am having the worst time with Local Agency Co.I have a ruling from NCAT tribunal stating the agency needs to return payments to me immediately.This was over a week ago and they have not returned my money. And have not returned my email.It is starting to become apparent that Local Agency Co do not respect renters and do not respect the tribunal.

Treat tenants terribly. I'm advising a friend on his tenancy and have reviewed some highly unprofessional and threatening letters from agent Bonnie Fesselet. This dispute could easily lead to rent default, multiple tribunal hearings and a lot of lost income to the landlord. I don't know why rudeness and threats are used here when NCAT will most likely rule in favour of this tenant while also making the landlord incur tribunal costs and no rent for weeks. I am not directly a client of this agency but as advocate, I am commenting on emails cited.

A fabulous agency to work with. We used Michelle for our rental and had no issues compared to other rental agents we used in the past. We then used Michale to sell our property during covid. He was great - honest, upfront and responsive. I felt he went out of his way to engage with purchasers and supported us throughout the whole process. I was selling from overseas so good communication was essential and he was more than effective. Would highly recommend. Thanks team.
