Springfield Central Library
Terrible customer service on Saturday January 28th 2023. This is not the first time I have gone in and asked for assistance and get spoken to in a rude tone. Be kind as I want to bring my little ones in to pick some books to read and learn. I honestly don’t think I will return. It is also extremely dusty so anyone with a dust allergy avoid the place.

Really cool place! I work at Orion and go there to play be before i start work and to study. Friendly staff and respectful peers. Love the fact that it has a play zone, a study zone and a book zone

A huge two level state of the art library. The friendly staff are more than will to help assist you. With a wide range of facilities like the children's rooms, event space, bathrooms and smart lockers. Finding a book, DVD or use of computers has very been so easy, nor enjoyable. I found this library to be a new hidden gem in Springfield.

Gets a bit loud when it's busy and the staff do nothing about the level or noise or stopping the kids from running around, but other than that it's a fairly good library. Huge collection to browse, lots of comfy places to sit and read, and it has a couple of good spaces to study.

What amazing staff they have there. So helpful with everything. Seem to have a great variety of books as well. But the staff are definitely the standout. I dealt with three different people and every single one was so helpful, nothing was a bother.

An incredible facility and a haven! The staff are always very helpful. Some days are spoilt with very loud kids running around and the parents do nothing about it.

I received a great customer service from the ladies on my visit. Easy to apply for a membership and use it to get the books you like (hard copy or digital). The facilities are very nice. It is definitely a very good place to spent time improving your knowledge.
