I personally love it here! Love the spas and the outdoor pool. The place as had a coat of paint and management has changed . Although I miss Maureen the new team are equally as obliging. We stayed in the deluxe room , sorry no pics , it’s a good location just out of town. In terms of country motel it’s on the pricey side. But they have cheaper smaller rooms if your on a budget. Enjoy

I arrived around 5pm at the end of May 23 and got the last room available and it was pointed out that it was the last room and the cost would be $200. I spoke to people in the rooms on both sides of mine and they were charged $180. The management price gouged me because it was the last room, I find this disgusting as a business.

It's ok. Quiet which was good.Positive reviews here must be from before management changed to new owner.Restaurant was closed until further notice.Fridge in rooms was turned on but warm, and stayed warm.Mattress was really nice and bed was comfortable.

Overpriced! Arrived and had to book 2 rooms to suit our family. First room we went to hadn't been serviced, which was clear as soon as the door was opened. Went to complain, and was given another room. This room had no shower screen so water just flowed all over the bathroom floor, cupboard on kitchenette was broken, odd number of cutlery, had paper plates/bowls etc. 2nd room wasn't much better, for a 'family room'. Very poor quality and for a whopping $510 for 2 very basic rooms for one night, will not be staying here again!

Rooms are decent.Make sure you keep spare time to jump into their special spa pools, as it is worth it.

I was very disappointed with the reception of the manager. The 'office' was filled with boxes, linen, an iron press! It was a make-shift office from a fire 6 months previously. On my arrival, I was not warmly greeted. There was not even a hello'"First words were "have you a booking?"2nd words "Your name?" Then I was handed a piece of paper and told to wrote my rego number on it and sign it. Still no "Welcome"

Sadly this is not a great motel, the rooms are very dated, the bathroom is dirty, inside the shower there's a dirt stain on the floor.From cracks in the walls, dirty exhaust fans. There was no plates, or knives or forks.When did they stop making 32 TVs?

Looking a bit tired, but clean. Have had a fire in the kitchen and major renovations are on the agenda. Make sure you get a booking confirmation and price via email. We turned up and there was no booking for us and the price we paid was more than the original quote. Other than that all was OK. Nice and quiet. Pretty view of the gumtrees along the creek and a lovely pool area with both Artesian and cold pools. Loads of potential for a nice stay.
