Workmanship was not as originally described. Brad mentioned the house would come up like new, but there were gaps all through the wood when he'd finished (literally could see light from under the house shining up through the floorboards). We asked why they didn't seal the gaps and he said that isn't what they do in case of movement. If we had known that at the time, we never would have agreed to pay the quoted amount.. Very disappointed that we were not told this prior. We then asked if he could fix this on our request but he refused. In the end we had to pay a carpenter after the boards were polished and go back over the entire floor and fill the gaps professionally. My parents have had better experiences with their floor polishing from other local contractors. We recommend to get a very detailed written quote before accepting, and have the conversation around floor gaps. They can be filled professionally; just not by these guys we found out the hard way.
