Had the fortunate luck of having the best in-store experience ever through Cameron! He was fantastic, very attentive and friendly. You can tell he enjoys his job and is an all round great guy. My partner and I are new in the area and Cam made us feel very welcome. Would 100% recommend this store, purely based on our personal experience with Cam!

The bloke that helped me seemed not interested in helping me because I bought my mobile from the Telstra online shop . I even asked him could I buy a new screen protector & he walked away without selling me one so I bought one from the phone repair shop next door . Very poor service

The staff at this store are always happy to assist above and beyond. Friendly, knowledgeable and able to offer sound advice on not only telecommunication devices, but also the massive range of products they stock. The Samsung representative is especially helpful and knowledgeable.

So first time I went in I spoke to Cam, who was so warm and welcoming had a really personal touch in his work, he cared about me as a customer and how he could help. I was just seeking advice and really appreciated what he was telling me. The second time I went in I got greeted but Jaiden, he was lovely, helped me out with finally getting internet sorted and listened to my every question and answered with ease or looked up what he wasn't sure on. Even got me a deal on my internet bill and helped me with the points I had accumulated to my account to have a mini Google system. He even gave me his number for incase I had other enquiries or concerns and always got a response and when he wasn't in another team member would always chase it down to make sure my needs were met. They are a great staff however I am having issues with them currently with not answering phone calls and not getting back to me after multiple days, of that I am not ok with which is why only the 4 stars otherwise most of your team is amazing and always friendly and happy to help and for that I cannot thank them enough.

Great customer service!! i went in today with my mum and brother to set up our Wifi and a lovely lady named Tash helped us. Thanks to Tash for being patient with us, you did a great job and made us feel welcomed☺️

Team member that served us was excellent very helpful and informative, had an issue with new phone went back and was served by another team member and he was excellent in helping fix the problem my daughter had with her new iPhone
