Just an FYI that this store is not an authorised reseller of Otterbox cases. Purchased an Otterbox Defender case last year and it came apart, so i took it back to the store (Otterbox has a 7 year warranty from authorised resellers) but they would not exchange for another Otterbox case as they are not an authorised reseller. Instead, they exchanged it for a similar priced case from another brand (which was kind of like an otterbox knock off) which is still a nice sentiment - I would have just avoided buying an otterbox from there in the first place. Friendly sales staff through the process though!

I bought a case and a screen protector for my iPhone X. The screen protector (which was $35) fell off a short time after I started using it and about 28 days after purchasing I called the store to request a replacement.The staff member told me that the item was not covered under warranty. ALL items sold in Australia come with a consumer guarantee, you can't just refuse to replace a defective product because it has no warranty"

Paid for a screen protector that was advertised as lifetime warranty. After 3 weeks it bubbled and started to peel. Took it back to the store and was told that lifetime warranty meant only 1 replacement per item. The screen protectors are cut for your phone off a large sheet that is bought in bulk. Terrible service and blatant ripping their customers off. Buyer BEWARE, do yourself a favour and do not go to this shop.

After I messed up my screen protector installation the first time I decided to get it done properly in this store. Everything was straight forward and a very fair price for the screen protector including installation. There were no bubbles and everything went smoothly. Am very happy with the service!
