City Kids

After nearly 2 years we had to simplify our lives by coming to a daycare close to home. It was an incredibly hard decision, made harder by City Kids staff being so awesome. The team was nothing but professional and caring from Day 1. Thank you so much each and everyone of you for your dedication and application. We are eternally grateful!

This is the best childcare Centre that I’ve ever worked for. The owner provides high quality resources for the children and the staff are friendly and kind. If it’s not too far from home, I’ll be working there until I retire. :)

An amazing warm and welcoming environment and great team to work with

I have been sending my kid to City Kids for over 6 months now and I am very happy with everyone at the care. My kid loves the place and all the educators are very caring. During the covid shutdown CK staff have been extremely accommodating and helped us in many ways in managing our transformed workdays well

My son has been part of the City Kids family for 5 years starting as a 7 month old baby and will soon be leaving to start school in 2019. The wonderful staff and management show the deepest care, patience and genuine love for all of the children. Their dedication to the educational needs of all is outstanding and my son was challenged, stimulated and extended. He has established many deep connections with educators and loved going everyday. As parents we highly recommend City Kids and are very grateful that they have been part of our lives.

This is an incredible daycare centre. From the Director, management team, room leaders and to the lovely educators, they all show ‘heart’ to kids and parents. The staff show care and dedication, take feedback seriously and they can be seen to continuously take the centre to the next level each year and make it a warm and welcoming second home for our little ones. I’m so grateful my kids are happy here. Also a fantastic and engaging learning program, good healthy menu, nice rooftop outdoor play area… 5 stars all round!!

We had our three boys at City Kids and would unreservedly recommend it. Jo and her fantastic team were caring and attentive, providing a stimulating environment that our boys thoroughly enjoyed. Massive thanks to Jo and everyone at City Kids!

My daughter had been in City kids since she was 10 months old until she is 2 years and half. We moved our house to Point Cook, that why we had to left the centre. We both love City kids. Every stuffs are lovely and caring. I have to say many thanks to Joe, Jessica, Gemma, Lyla, Manita, Christine, Nat, Kim and more. You are the best

If you are shopping around for a Kinder program, I cannot recommend enough City Kids! The program is honestly outstanding but more than that the teacher and her assistant are amazing. They know so much about children. On top of that they are really intuitive which is such an asset with children. They also know how to support families when issues arise and provide efficient solutions. My child has thrived during his year of Kinder.The whole daycare is outstanding. We have received so much support during the settling phase. The educators we met really care about children. Activities are very stimulating and the space is excellent : it is big, with a lot of natural light, extremely clean and you have to check the rooftop :)Last but not least, the center's director goes the extra yard for the families. Her door is always opened to families. She really uses feedback and suggestions. We felt like we were part of a family.We have had four amazing years. I dont have any incentive to write this review. When I was looking for a daycare I looked at reviews and promised myself I would write one.You can choose City Kids blindly.
