Australia Post Heathwood Delivery Facility

Apparently a 1m wide number out the front is too hard to read and ALL mail to the address is now being returned to sender. if i could give 0 stars or negative stars i would. NEVER use Aust Post

Parcel that was sent express has been sitting at this sorting facility for over 3 days. Australians have come to expect this kind of poor service from Aus Post.Update: another parcel out for delivery on Friday from this facility, was not delivered and has been sitting in the sorting facility and it is now Wednesday. Yet other parcels to my address are still being delivered. On top of this Auspost has completely lost another parcel of mine.ABSOLUTE WORST! No accountability! nobody at Auspost takes any responsibility! absolutely Pathetic! anybody who works here should be fired! 0 STARS!

This is a love sanctuary. Paid for express and parcel choose to spend more than 3 days here. Maybe he find his true love there , then I have to buy another gift for my girlfriend.

My wife has had 1 parcel sitting at redbank mc from the 11/5/22 and another parcel sitting at heathwood mc since the 11/5/22. She did a survey and did not recommend them and when she went to log into her account it says her setting are incorrect yet she's had the account for a number if years. It's the 17/5/22 today and neither parcel has moved from either mc. An absolute joke and a disgrace considering we live only 45 minutes from heathwood mc and 20 minutes from redbank mc.

Useless mob of lazy, incompetent bludgers. Not worth one star. Express Post delivery usually via Capalaba somehow ended up at Heathwood. Been sitting there 3 days. Management should be sacked.

1 star sone days they deliver packages to me other days they say the address doesnt exist useless

The management running Heathwood sorting all need to be demotted to sorting people or sacked as they couldn't find there way out of a paper bag with the way they organised the postys by changing the runs

Zero stars!!!!Absolute incompetence.My mother in law sent a parcel for my daughters birthday. I checked to see how far it was off as I hadn't received it. It says it's been delivered. I requested that auspost do an investigation as the parcel has not been delivered (I was home all day and nothing was left in the letterbox). Auspost has emailed stating that they have contacted Heathwood to confirm what has happened and said that the parcel has been delivered and to next time when receiving a parcel get signature on delivery.I'm sorry, but that response is not good enough!!!Because of an incompetent person, my daughter has missed out on her birthday present. Get your stuff together and find the person who delivered this 'parcel'.Absolute rubbish.

They have my parcel but won't scan to send it to my house. Very lazy the parcel is a week late and just sitting in their warehouse. My partner has also had issues with Heathwood and delayed delivery. Work on it guys it's very disappointing.

Laziest depot in Brisbane , instead of putting my parcel out for delivery they let it sit at the depot change the delivery date and add three days .
