A specialist bread shop and you don't sell wholemeal sourdough? Otherwise service and other breads are fresh. I'll pop into Coles to get my wholemeal sourdough.

Poor service. For the second time in a row (within a week) I was unable to collect dough getters points as staff had put through the transaction before I even handed over the cash. And then they argue with me that I should be faster with swiping my phone! Perhaps ask a customer instead of having a giggle with your colleagues…..I haven’t had this experience with other Bakers Delights, this particular store has very poor service.

This store is busy, but service is quick. Never had a team member who hasn't been friendly and polite.Don't eat a lot of bread but they do the best sea salt Turkish rolls. They are super fluffy on the inside and crusty on the outside, with a nice sprinkling of flaked sea salt on top. This is pretty much the only item l buy and are popular, they are often sold out not long after midday.

Poor customer service. The girl who took my order couldn't hear half what I said and even gave me half a croissant. When I told her the next day about the croissant issue she was like meh". I expected better service from a renowned company"

Love bakers delight at Gungahlin. The bread is always fresh and top notch. Staff are pleasant and call u by name. Served quickly at all times. They never seem to run out of what you love regardless of the time u visit.

Very impressed with Mel the owner. She is accommodating and extremely polite. I love my French baguettes sliced and she willingly does it. In fact, this branch was the only one which slices my baguettes. Today, she sold me 3 baguettes for the price of 2 stating that one of the 3 was rather thin. I was taken aback at her generosity. Thank you Mel. You are a legend indeed.

Obviously you donot understand plain english this 4 weeks in a row where my husband asked you for everyday value loaves but you keep giving us hi fibre bread if you keep this up we will be making an official compliant. Open your ears and listen.

Any bakery that puts sultanas in their apple products or other slices that don't advertise having sultanas in their name is going to rate low, in my opinion.Since when were sultanas ever a part of an apple danish?Who makes these business decisions to add a random, unrelated ingredient to something that would be perfect without it? Are they teaching this in pastry chef college? I don't understand it.Considering half the population don't like sultanas, it's a bit of a risk, isn't it?For the record, I actually like sultanas, but they've never EVER belonged in an apple danish or an apple crumble or any other slice, unless it's a mixed-fruit product. That's why you get 1 star.The low-GI bread loaf is awesome, BTW.

Don’t buy their Buns with icing in the afternoon unless you check they are fresh. I bought 3 iced ones about 4pm on the 12 thOctober and they were stale, cost $1.50 each. I took them back on 13th am to complain. The woman was not apologetic but said they do dry out in the afternoon. No I am sort madam, but asked snd I quote, what do u want me to do. Didn’t offer me my money back, I said they shouldn’t be selling them for $1.50.I will not shop there again and will tell all my friends of the rude service I received by that adult staff member.

Bread was fine but disappointed that they don't have the blueberry teatime, which is the best thing to ever come out of Baker's Delight!
