Rooty Hill Public School

This school is the greatest. I went there from Kindergarten and had the opportunity to do so many things, including being school captain. I am now in high school and this school has prepared me for that.

The OOSH coordinator Miss Gail is extremely rude and unprofessional towards staff members.

Think of having the same quality as the best schools in Western Sydney but with so much attentive teachers and staff. Don't believe me? Look at the Naplan scores across the board and make a phone call to all the schools you want to compare it to.Unless you want to subject yourself and/or your little ones to an unsustainable drive to and from to the best schools in the state (i.e. around Hornsby) or pay dear fees on snobby private/Catholic schools, supporting your local public school is the best option.

My experience with Gail, the co-ordinator of RHPS's OOSH, left much to be desired in terms of professionalism. Her attitude towards the staff was marked by an evident reluctance to extend support and guidance to those who were new to the team. Regrettably, I found her to be consistently rude and, quite frankly, a formidable challenge to collaborate with. I observed her tendency to reprimand staff in the presence of students in a manner that seemed disproportionate and lacking in professional maturity. It is unfortunate to note that Gail's demeanour exhibited a clear lack of professionalism and a notable deficiency in fostering positive teamwork dynamics. While I hold no personal grievances against the school itself, as I found the children delightful and have no doubt that the teachers are equally dedicated, I do hope the administration is aware of this recurring concern which has the potential to impact the overall perception of the school.

This school is so spectacular that words cannot express my feelings towards this school on how amazing it is. I am flabbergasted to the fact this isn't a five star school!

epic skool i totally did not stay back in class during recess almost all the time during the 3 terms i stayed here. very epik parents do not even try to enroll your child here

I’m working with Camp Australia at RHPS and it’s by far the best place i’ve worked at. Ms. Gail Goldie is an absolute gem of a person and is very professional i’m grateful to have the opportunity to learn so much from her. The staff at RHPS are very cooperative and it’s been a pleasure working there.
