PGP takes the stress out of going away for me...my pets are always well looked after while I am absent and appear happy/content on return. Kristy is willing to be flexible with arrangements, which is a real bonus. Several bookings later I would be reluctant to use anybody else!

Where would I start? Kristy was absoulty amazing, its been a long time since I had a dog (its like having a child all over again). As much as it was wonderful having Kristy assit me and the family with our dog, Kristy reminded me that its up to us the pet owner to continue with the training etc. Kristy made the training enjoyable fun for both me and our beautiful dog Ziggy.Thanks Kristy your knowledge and understanding, but most importanly your love for dogs/pets is truley your calling. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Christie was hired to help me train my dog - over 2 years old - to sit etc because she stands on the back seat in the car, and I feel it is unsafe, and illegal. As she is older than 2, the price advertised is not the price she charges for an older dog, and I needed to add another $100. Unfortunately, Christie does not know how to train older dogs, and she only knows to work with puppies. Despite my constant reminders, she continued with her unflexible course - meant for new puppies for new owners.She wasted my time for an hour and a half, not reaching the goal I required. In addition, the snacks she gave out were not healthy - cat food and human salami both - totally inappropriate for dogs.I require refund for the rest and I'm not interested in 2 more useless sessions. Christie is not a good dog trainer, only with puppies. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Kristy did a great job I needed to be done urgently.She was clear and prompt in her communications. Overall excellent job done.
