What an amazing business, had issues with a part I had ordered (no fault of theirs) their service and communitication was amazing, they were so willing to help and followed up right away. Will be ordering through them again!

Ordered a part online, as I live 2 hours away in the upper Hunter Valley. Price was competitive. Location at Kotara is easy to Google.Parking is usually a nightmare, very busy. But on this Saturday morning there were plenty! Service was good, always is, from positive staff that are happy to help. Recommend these guys for new and used parts, servicing and a big range of aftermarket products.

We came from Tweed Heads on the QLD/NSW border to Newcastle to buy a caravan. 20kms after picking it up our rear diff went in our 100 Series Landcruiser. We were nearly 700km from home and had to be back at work ASAP. We phoned all over town and everyone was booked out for at minimum a week, most more than that. All 4x4 Spares was also extremely busy and had a lot on their plate, but Willem (the very friendly and helpful bloke on the end of the phone at All 4x4 Spares) who knew how distressed my wife & son were at the situation, squeezed us in and came to the party in a very clear and professional way and he gave us all our options. They managed to fully rebuild our Cruiser rear diff in 2 days and have us on the road home.We simply cannot thank Willem (who is the perfect professional front to All 4X4) and all the boys who worked on our Cruiser enough for all their help getting us on the road so promptly. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff all round.We 100% recommend All 4X4 to everyone without hesitation.Thanks very much guys :-)

Easiest parts people you will find to deal with. One phone call and bunch of rebuild parts and shipping sorted for urgent repairs. Used these guys for years and never let me down.

He thought of me when a another ute turned up that had the parts I was looking for and contacted me straightway. I gave him a call to organise the purchase. And they turn these parts and get them to their customers shockingly" fast. I've been surprised how quick I get my purchases. They are "well oiled!" Amazing service!!! Great professional team. I had an issue with my order, sent an email, it was resolved without issue, the correct items were at my door the next day. Outstanding.

Spent $1500 on a spare front end assembly, diff centre, axles, etc. It was an order-in item. Their supplier screwed them around and shipped a bent diff housing, which was only brought to light after I swapped it and had it assessed on the aligner at a workshop. Rowan from spare parts was exceptional throughout this stressful ordeal and they refunded me in full after I returned the diff and some extra (in other parts I needed) for my wasted time. I will be returning based purely on the customer service I received and friendliness of the staff upon returning the faulty item. Rowan is a genuine bloke and friendly salesman and deserves a cheer.

Have been in store a couple of times trying to get a quote and have not gotten any assistance.Suspension upgrade, canopy, roof rack, and dual battery system...a lot of money to start plus the extras like cb radio, solar panels, recovery kit and trax. I guess one of the other 4x4 stores will get the job done.

Found Allfourx4spares site after searching for parts to restore my 1970 FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser. Most parts for a vehicle 52 years old are only available at sites in California USA and freight and exchange rate very high. Found most parts (28 in all cost $1700.00) on Allfourx4spares site (good photos and part description) so made the shopping cart. Next I phoned company and Brad picked up the phone. Over a few days we exchanged emails, Brad made sure that the items in my Cart were correct for my vehicle. Deal done. Order placed on Thursday and all parts (securely packed) arrived 900km away on the next Tuesday. It was as good as Christmas opening the box. My thanks especially to Brad for his part knowledge.
