I can’t tell you how much I love this gym! The coaches are amazing, supportive and fun. There is zero judgement and complete inclusiveness. After trying so many gyms and fitness classes this is the one I have truly stuck to. Thank you punch love for building this incredible community!

Everyone one is so lovely and they make sure it’s personal even although it’s a group lesson. All the trainers are wonderful and very professional they go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and very welcomed. It makes you feel like family. A beautiful family orientated place. Would highly recommend to anyone ♥️

Best find! I loved this place from the first class. The trainers have built an incredible community and really go above and beyond inside and outside of class to make sure you feel welcome. And the workout is fantastic too of course.

If you're looking for a fun, challenging workout in an extremely welcoming, encouraging, and supportive environment Punch Love is the place.All the trainers are lovely and they strike a great balance between pushing your limits and making you want to come back for more. There's no judgement and you don't need to have any prior experience on a punching bag. I found the first technique class set me up for an easy start and took away any nerves I had.I've met lovely ladies in every class, had laughs while getting fitter, stronger, and more confident. Plus, punching the bags is incredible for stress management!Do yourself a favour. Try it out.

During the lockdown last year I decided it was time to give myself some time. I signed up prior to being allowed back to the gym so as soon as I could get there I could get started.To say I love Punch Love is an understatement. The community and the love and support we all give each other is amazing and every coach is supportive and encouraging it makes getting up for a 5.45am workout worth it.Each week we are met with a new routine which keeps us all on our toes as we never know what is coming but it so fun to workout altogether. This is the best gym experience I've ever had.My fitness has increased, my blood pressure is down, my confidence has increased and my mental health is the best its been for many years.
