Don't bother ringing this business. I tried calling over ten times in a day and no one picks up the phone. Finally someone answered and I asked for a quote and the woman who answered the phone told me she would contact me soon with a quote, she never got back to me. I rang and rang again and again and someone answered then hung up on me. I have never come across a dodgy business like this before.

Spoke to emma 7months ago waiting for a quote. Provided all measurments and pictures and type and size. Suddenly she became rude and aggressive when i contacted her. and now refuses to take on any new work. I still dont have a quote.

I recently hired Demco Steel to construct a carport, but unfortunately, I was left extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their work. The quote I received was based on putting all carport posts into the ground prior to concreting. However, they later decided to core drill into the newly poured slab instead, leaving the holes around the posts unrendered and the new slab stained.To make matters worse, the flashing they ordered and installed did not fit the roof sheets, leaving a 30 to 40mm gap all the way around the roofline. Even more concerning, the flashing joints were fabricated with extremely poor sheet metal work. All these issues will require additional cost to repair. When I tried to address these problems with Demco Steel, they refused to take any responsibility and claimed that these issues were minor. They have stopped answering my calls and emails.

Demco did a great job on my aluminium gate. Good service and very professional installation.
