The worst service of any McDonald's I have been too. We waited a very long time, apparently for the hash brown in our order. The only item of food that wasn't cold when our order arrived was the hash brown so the rest must have been packed and cooling off the whole time, not very clever or considerate of them!!. Couldn't stomach the cold fries so took mine back and because I had eaten a few they replaced them with a smaller size instead of doing the responsible thing. Someone needs to teach the children running the place about customer care and satisfaction as that is their real job in any good business

I'm really disappointed. I don't like giving bad feedback, but this MacDonalds is the worst I have gone to in 5 years of travelling. Staff not friendly at all. Wait time for food was about 10mins. Toilets needed cleaningTables and floors needed cleaning. Not going back.

I'm staying at one of the hotels close by and came in for breakfast this morning. The food is well below average, wait times very long but I was most angered by how the young staff members were treated by the superiors.They were clearly understaffed and under a lot of pressure. I will never again dine in a restaurant that does not treat its staff members kindly.

So disappointed. Don't expect much from McDonald's, but I'm sure greeting someone is not to much to ask. We live out of town and discovered near the airport that the happy meal had NO TOY. I understand things get missed, but seriously we don't live close to quickly turn around and go get it!! The manager was rude, our order was put down on the counter, no interaction, not a word spoken, he turned around and walked away. Being icecream I had to asked another server for spoons. We ordered chocolate ice-cream, was given vanilla, wasn't informed that there was no chocolate, wasn't even asked if we wanted to change to vanilla. The server apologized when I told him I find his manager rude , he said they are busy. I'm own several hospitality businesses and have worked in fast food service. And a quick hallo doesn't take any time out of your service! The ladies toilets are discussing, stinky, toilets dirty, hand basin is dirty and the mirror was so murky. Definitely not impressed

Just got a McChicken Meal and Hot Cakes.. At your store at 705pm Monday 12th of April 2021...My Chips were cold my Burger was cold and looked like it had been put together by a 1st grader..The hot cakes were thrown into the pkt..If thats customer service Id hate to see a lack of it.Just wasted $17.90 to throw it all in the bin and buy KFC.Won't be back to this store...Shocking customer service.

The best part of Maccas is the coffee, however this outlet must have sacked the barista because their cappucinos now come from a machine, no foam on top, thin liquid without a taste of creaminess and the cup overfilled to the point where it will spill when the lid is removed..Disappointing, I would say something but the staff here call out your order number then quickly disappear out the back.,

Ordered Happy Meal and a grilled chicken wrap. The wrap was average, not very warm and didn't taste fresh. On a positive note the staff were polite and service was as it should be for a fast food chain.

Service was absolutely appalling. First they give our order to someone else and they left with it then come back. Didn’t even remake our order and took like an hour for it. Just to get home to find my burger upside down completely dry meat and ice cold food also missing food as well.
