Nardine was absolutely amazing! We were a little bit more budget conscious, and she really took that into account. Based on this, we thought the flowers would be quite simple, but we were all blown away by how incredible they were.Even during COVID the first time, and second lockdowns, Nardine kept us in the loop, and was right there with us through the difficult time.The thought and efforts she put into her proposals and all the admin afterwards was far beyond any other florist we enquired with.I would highly recommend Nardine.

If you are looking for a florist to book for your wedding during difficult times during covid, DO NOT book with Scentiment flowers. Disappointingly she claimed that she spent 20 hours on my flowers but all she did was send a few estimates. We gave her over 8 months notice to cancel and she refused to refund half our deposit and said that she was being ‘reasonable’ for taking the money. We offered her a reasonable amount for the small amount of time she spent.All our other suppliers returned our money even though they had non refundable clause with no issues with the cancellation of our wedding.Cancelling our wedding was one of the most difficult decisions we had to make and Nardine made it worse by taking money which she did not have any right to. I had also requested additional button holes and some swaps in flowers and she rudely sent an email saying that she’d be ‘Making a loss’ on my job now during COVID.. but at that point she had done no work. The flowers haven’t even grown yet! Nardine does not care about your day, all she cares about is the money that she can make off you. Do not book her for your special day, you will regret it.

We had the pleasure of working with Nardine for our wedding. The flowers were absolutely stunning and we received so many compliments from our guests.I am not very creative so have Nardine rather vague guidance and left it up to her. What she chose was more beautiful than I could have imagined and he colours were so beautiful (unlike anything I had seen before!) and matched everything perfectly.Not only is Nardine extremely talented it was her care factor and kindness that really made working with her such a great experience. We had so many phone conversations in the lead up to the wedding and was so accommodating when a pregnancy came into the picture and the wedding date had to change. Then due to COVID-19 some flowers were unavailable (imports limited) so Nardine actually included flowers from her own garden, which was such a lovely touch!On the wedding day itself Nardine delivered the flowers herself, helped the boys with their boutonnières and set up the flowers beautifully! She then collected the vases the next day and made everything stress free for us.If you are looking for a florist in the south west I cannot recommend Nardine enough!

It was absolutely stunning. Nardine was amazing, I highly recommend! She took the time to provide me with a range of options based on what I had requested, and also some money saving ideas (for example, providing vases for us to put the bridal party bouquets in while on the bridal table, instead of having additional flowers). She even managed to organise an extra installation for our welcome sign when I changed my mind a few weeks out from the wedding. She was very prompt with all email responses. Thanks again Nardine!
