Just amazing!Karen is absolutely wonderful. Words just are not enough to describe how thankful I am for all that she did during the sale of my home. This was an emotional sale for a number of reasons and the support from Karen and the team was amazing. FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICEI called in here the other day because my dad’s home will be going on the market soon and was greeted by an exceptionally friendly receptionistI used to work in Real Estate in QLD so was discussing a few things regarding the job itself and pricing homes for vendors etc and was really impressed by the receptionist knowledge of local prices, homes that had sold recently in the area and what they consisted of.I referred to an in-house Real Estate software program that only agents use which she used to quickly bring up the value (or thereabouts of course) of my fathers home. It’s not often you’ll have a receptionist that will do this in Real Estate but rather ask for you to come back to speak to an agent .I’ve worked in agencies where this is done to try and grab the prospective vendors /purchases yet the receptionist was quite happy to discuss matters with me and referred the best Real Estate agent for the job – Karen Purcell.I was also inquiring regarding leasing a property for a while after the home sells and she was all too helpful with that as well (just wish I grabbed her name – my bad)In all honesty as an ex-Real Estate agent, if you’re looking to sell your home, I would really give Hayden Real Estate Leopold a good look as they seem to know a great deal about the local area past and present sales and everything needed to get the best price for your home.Prospective tenants, you’re treated like a human being and not a second-class citizen at Hayden Real Estate so consider them and regularly check out their listings to see if any new properties become available.I wish I could thank the lovely receptionist by name but she’s an outstanding ambassador for Hayden Real Estate and it was an absolute pleasure to walk in there.
